About Brittany Bellard
Brittany Bellard is a dedicated professional, mother, and adventurer who seamlessly balances her career and personal passions. A proud mother of three—Grayson, Addison, and Logan—Brittany grew up in Garden City, where she excelled in both lacrosse and field hockey during high school. She continued her athletic career at Lafayette College, playing lacrosse while earning her degree.
After graduating, Brittany moved to New York City, beginning her career at Thomson Reuters before transitioning to Citibank as an analyst on their institutional equity sales desk. While at Citibank, she obtained her real estate license, uncovering her true passion for the industry. Since then, she has become the main producer for Middle Island Management, where she continues to thrive.
Outside of her professional life, Brittany makes time for her favorite activities, snowboarding with her family in Vermont during the winter and enjoying summers on the family boat cruising the Long Island Sound. With a strong work ethic, a passion for adventure, and a deep commitment to her family, Brittany embodies the perfect balance of career success and personal fulfillment.
